What this website collects, why, and what it does not do — written to describe how this site actually behaves rather than a generic template.
The short version
This website collects two things: anonymous traffic statistics, and whatever you type into the contact form. It does not track you across other websites, does not record your screen, and carries no advertising tags.
What we collect
Traffic statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It tells us how many people read the rooms page this week, not who they are. Your IP address is handled by Google and is not stored by us. These counts also feed MKL Hospitality Group’s combined reporting across its properties — the same anonymous figures, read at group level rather than for this property alone.
We also count clicks to call or open the booking provider, and confirmed successful enquiry submissions. These events include the site name and page path, but no form fields, visitor phone number or query parameters. A booking click does not confirm a completed reservation.
What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you give us, and your message. That reaches the hotel’s inbox and is used to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting tags.
- We do not use session recording or heatmap tools.
- We do not record telephone calls to the hotel.
- We do not ask for payment details on this website. Rooms are booked through Choice Hotels or at the front desk.
Booking
The “Book now” and “Check availability” buttons take you to Choice Hotels, which runs the reservation system for this hotel. Your reservation and payment details are handled there, under Choice Hotels’ own privacy policy, not ours. That includes any Choice Privileges account you sign in to.
