Terms of use
The terms that apply to using this website — what our published content does and does not guarantee, and how booking and discount offers work.
Please read these terms before using this site. If you do not agree with them, please leave the site.
The agreement
These terms govern your use of richmondeconolodge.com (the “site”), between the Econo Lodge Richmond — North Chesterfield (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the person using the site on a phone, tablet, desktop or any other device. By browsing, viewing, downloading or using anything on this site you agree to them.
What is on this site
All content here is for information only, and no guarantee or warranty is made as to its accuracy.
Our prices vary with the season and with daily demand. Rooms are renovated and refurnished from time to time, so prices, room types, photographs, features, amenities, furnishings and services may vary, and your actual room may differ from the pictures on this site. Your room price is guaranteed only once your booking is complete and you have a reservation number.
Booking, and the terms of a stay
This hotel is a Choice Hotels franchise. Reservations made through the “Book now” and “Check availability” buttons are completed on Choice Hotels’ own system, under Choice Hotels’ terms and privacy policy, not these.
The terms of the stay itself — check-in and check-out, deposits and identification, cancellation, pets and smoking — are the hotel’s and Choice Hotels’, and are confirmed with your reservation or by the front desk on +1 (804) 745-7100. This site does not restate them, because a summary that drifted out of date would be worse than no summary at all.
Changes to this site
Content on this site may change at any time without notice. We recommend checking these terms from time to time.
Copyright and trademarks
Content on this site — text, photography and design — is copyrighted and protected. Please do not copy it. “Econo Lodge” and “Choice Hotels” are trademarks of their owners, used here under franchise.
